Tashkent region also posted 9.2% growth of industrial output, 6.2% - agriculture production, 15.2% - retail trade turnover, 18.2% - services.

The volume of used investments in 2010 made up 1.447 trillion soums. Some 143.5 billion soums will be directed to reform healthcare sector.

During 2010, the region created 85,900 new jobs, of which 34,000 were fell to shale of small businesses and farms and 7,200 to out-work.
