Dunyo-M raises charter capital to 5.536bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Dunyo-M joint stock company, specializing on processing grain and production of flour, increases its charter capital by four times to 5.536 billion soums.

According to the company, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of the securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission.

Within the emission, the company will issue 692,044 shares, including 690,831 ordinary shares and 1,213 preferential shares. The nominal value of shares is 8,000 soums each.

In the result of the shares placement, the charter capital of Dunyo-M will grow from 1.384 billion soums to 5.536 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 2,000 soums to new ones with par value of 8,000 soums.

According to the company, the part of the shares for 1.384 billion soums is paid on their nominal value and the other part for 4.152 billion soums is paid due to undistributed income.
