Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of legislation on licensing the provision of non-state educational services for the training and retraining of drivers of motor vehicles and urban electric transport” was adopted.

The changes introduced approve the Passport for Licensing the Activities of Driving Schools, according to which:

a license is issued to a legal entity;

the licensing authority is the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

fee for consideration of the application - 2 BRF, state duty for the issuance of a license - 10 BRC;

attached to the application:

conclusions of the fire and sanitary-epidemiological services;

information about teaching staff;

electronic copies of curricula and programs, etc.
