The company said that it purchased medicaments for 14.852 billion soums on 43 agreements signed with local producers within the National Cooperation Exchange in 2010. The company also bought goods for 1.436 billion soums from other pharmaceutical producers.

The volume of realized medicaments and medical products to medical establishments of Uzbekistan Health Ministry made up 17.1 billion soums and medical establishments of other organizations – 11.97 billion soums. The company also sold medicaments for 1.825 billion soums to people on preferential terms.

Dori-Darmon said that the company opened 516 drugstore branches at rural medical points to improve medicament supplies in rural areas, of which 220 were opened in 2010.

The company added that 14 mobile drugstores, created on specialized ISUZU trucks, realized medical products for 653.8 milllion soums to population of remote districts.

The company added that 8.643 billion soums were used to construction of modern pharmaceutical warehouse in Tashkent with the capacity of 6,500 square meters. The company also carried out the first stage of reconstruction works at Gulistan Logistic Center for 1.146 billion soums.

Dori-Darmon provided humanitarian and no-string aid for total sum of 679.9 million soums, including 207.3 million soums to refugees from Kyrgyz Republic.
