The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of mission of Dori-Darmon.

Within the emission, the company will issue 20.072 million shares with par value of 2,000 soums. Total sum of the issue is 40.144 billion soums.

The company added that the shares will be placed among shareholders on closed subscription through replacement of old shares with nominal value of 1,250 soums to new ones with par value of 2,000 soums.

The company said that the part of emission for 25.09 billion soums was paid on par value and other part for 15.054 billion soums will be paid due to capitalization of net income for previous years.
