The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the decision of the company on emission of new shares.

In line with the emission, the company will place 20.072 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,250 soums each.

The company said that the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old stocks to new ones.

It added that the part of shares for 16.0576 billion soums was paid on par value, while other part for 9.032 billion soums will be paid due to net income of 2010.
