Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The authorities and construction companies of Uzbekistan have expressed their readiness to implement a pilot project with DOM.RF on the introduction of escrow accounts and have shown interest in the export of Russian digital technologies. This information was shared following the visit of representatives of the state company to Uzbekistan on 19–20 December 2024.
Representatives of DOM.RF participated in the opening of the first pilot center, "Point of Attraction," created on the basis of the INNO technopark in Tashkent, and held talks with major developers, representatives of the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Digital Development of Uzbekistan.
According to Marina Slutska, Director of Sustainable Development and International Cooperation at DOM.RF, the Russian construction sector has achieved significant success thanks to the company’s active role, including the development of mortgage lending and project financing, the creation of a civilized rental housing market, and the introduction of standards for eco-friendly construction. “We are ready to share our expertise for a quality breakthrough in the country’s construction industry. Our colleagues have expressed interest in our solutions, including the export of digital products,” noted Slutska.
During the meetings, the possibility of launching a pilot project on the implementation of escrow accounts in the Sergeli district of Tashkent—one of the city’s most actively developing areas—was discussed. The creation of a unified register of developers in Uzbekistan and the introduction of digital technologies were also addressed.
Alexander Lukyanov, Acting General Director of DOM.RF Technologies, reported that there was particular interest in developments in the field of information modeling and the use of the "Digital Construction Control" (DCC) technology. This software allows for the effective management of construction projects, working with documentation and information models, providing developers with access to up-to-date and reliable information about construction sites.
Lukyanov also emphasized the importance of cooperation in the educational field. The Russian side is ready to provide Uzbek partner universities with software for training students in working with information models and digital technologies in construction. This will help improve the qualifications of industry specialists and strengthen the country’s human resources potential.
As a result of the negotiations, there was a high level of interest in the implementation of advanced technologies and mutual exchange of experience, creating favorable conditions for further cooperation between Uzbekistan and DOM.RF.
