In line with the agreement with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), UZINFOCOM CENTER is administrator of the domain zone. The center currently works on decentralization and improvement of service quality on registration and support of domain names, UzACI said.

Currently, number of domains registered at .Uz zone reached 10,300 domains. Number of domains made up 10,000 on 25 February 2010.

Number of registrars of .Uz domains currently makes up seven, among them are Tomas LLC, Amaliy Aloqalar Biznesi LLC, Sarkor Telecom, Billur СОМ, TV-Inform, Arsenal-D and SIMUS.
