The district stages of the festival will last till 30 September. The regional stage will be held from 3 to 15 October. The jury will rate performances of the participants in each stage.

The festival is directed at revealing talented children and supporting them to demonstrate their skills. The festival is open for children at the age from 6 to 14.

The festival will be held in such directions as music, songs, dances, fine and applied art, literature, etc. The winners of each stage will receive certificates and prizes from the organizers.
