Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a Resolution “On measures to further develop the tourism potential of Ferghana Region”.

In accordance with the Resolution, under the administration of Ferghana region, a tourism development directorate “Shohimardon” was created in the form of a state institution.

One of the main tasks of the Directorate is to ensure the development and implementation of the concept of tourism development in MSG

“Shohimardon” and “Jordon” of Ferghana region, development of new tourist destinations taking into account the ecotourism potential of these MSGs.
