Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ruslanbek Mamanov has been appointed director of the department of territorial finance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Ruslanbek Mamanov was born in 1982 in Gallaaral district of Jizzakh region. In 2003 he graduated from the Samarkand Cooperative Institute.

He began his career in 2003 as an economist of the II category in the budget in the finance department of Galyaaral district khokimiyat of Jizzakh region.

Prior to his appointment, Ruslanbek Mamanov held the position of chief specialist on budgetary policy of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on macroeconomic analysis, structural changes, financial and banking system, management of state assets, development of competition, support of entrepreneurship and poverty reduction.
