Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Starting from 1 April 2025, Azerbaijan Airlines will resume direct flights between Samarkand and Baku.

The flights will operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays, with departure from Samarkand at 2:55 AM local time.

The flight duration will be 2 hours and 20 minutes.

This opens new opportunities for travelers departing from Samarkand and adds another route to the international flight network from Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku, which currently serves more than 75 destinations.
