Digital Technology School 21 begins operations in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Digital Technology School 21 has officially started operating in Tashkent, offering free education in IT specializations.

To enroll, applicants must register on the official website 21-school.uz, after which they are required to complete an online memory and logic game, followed by a selection process.

Those who pass the selection stage will begin a training program lasting between 1.5 to 3 years, depending on the specific curriculum, and will have the opportunity to master in-demand IT professions.

Zarina Lukhmanova, the General Director of School 21, noted that 10,000 applications have been submitted so far, with 710 candidates currently going through the selection stage, called the "pool." The average age of participants is 24.

It is worth mentioning that School 21 was first launched in Uzbekistan at the end of last year in Samarkand. This educational project is being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.
