Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In order to popularize computer technologies, programming, cybersport robotics among youth, improve the system for training specialists in this area, training centers for digital technologies are consistently being created in our country.

In this regard, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications in the Samarkand region opened training centers for digital technologies in the city of Kattakurgan, as well as in Samarkand, Taylak, Urgut and Akdarya districts.

In the training centers, computer rooms have been organized to train local youth in modern digital technologies, the basics of e-commerce, programming, and robotics. Also, e-sports halls have been organized to attract young people to e-sports, to hold competitions in this discipline.

The sixth Training Center for Digital Technologies was opened in Pastdargom district and is equipped with modern computer equipment.

The opening ceremony of the center was held on 7 November 2020. It was attended by the heads and employees of the territorial administration of the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications in the Samarkand region, regional departments of subordinate enterprises and organizations, the khokimiyat of Pastdargom district, regional activists, as well as local youth.

At the Learning Center for Digital Technologies, local youth aged 7-30 will improve their computer literacy, and certificates will be awarded to those who successfully complete the courses. The center has all the conditions for training in the areas of information, communication and digital technologies.

Also, in this training center, managers and employees of territorial bodies of state and economic management, local executive authorities in the field of ICT will improve their qualifications.
