Digital Revolution at AIIB: How New Platforms Add Value for Clients

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  The 9th Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) served as a platform to discuss key aspects of digital transformation in the financial sector. The seminar titled "Digital Platforms as a Tool to Add Value for Clients and Strengthen Operations" focused on three new AIIB platforms designed to enhance the organization’s operations and meet customer needs.

Speakers at the event included Hun Kim, Acting Vice President for Investment Solutions at AIIB; Rodrigo Salvado, Director General of the Operational Partnership Department, AIIB; Hui Fong Lee, Controller, AIIB; Shi Hao Zijdemans, Digital Technology Specialist, AIIB; Ping Yean Chea, Senior Partnership Officer, Resource Mobilization, AIIB; and Haiyan Wang, Senior Finance Director, Head of Credit Management, Office of the Controller, AIIB.

InfraTech Portal: This platform represents a breakthrough in information exchange within the infrastructure sector. AIIB clients can access the latest technologies, explore a catalog of innovative solutions, and find potential partners for joint projects.

Client Portal: AIIB clients now have access to an online portal that allows them to manage project liquidity, track financial operations, and receive real-time information. This greatly simplifies interaction between AIIB and its clients, making the process more transparent and efficient.

AIIB+: This platform is an essential tool for projects seeking funding. Through AIIB+, clients can explore offers from international funds and investment organizations, as well as find experts to help develop business plans and prepare project documents.

"Digital platforms play a key role in creating value for our clients and strengthening AIIB’s operations. We are committed to ensuring that our technological solutions improve efficiency and meet the needs of our partners," emphasized Rodrigo Salvado, Director General of the Operational Partnership Department at AIIB.

The seminar presented concrete examples of how AIIB’s digital platforms are already helping implement new projects, creating value for both clients and the organization as a whole.
