Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting took place in Uzbekistan between Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Dilshod Rasulov, and Georgia’s Chargé d’Affaires in Uzbekistan, Davit Kotaria, along with Minister-Counsellor Irakli Kvanchakhadze.
The meeting focused on the development of trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Georgia, including increasing the volume of exports and imports and promoting products from both countries on international markets.
Proposals for cooperation in wine and tea production, as well as logistics, were also discussed. Measures to strengthen mutual cooperation between the two nations were reviewed.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold further meetings with Georgian business representatives to explore opportunities and develop entrepreneurial activities.
