Development of Center for assisting youth employment discussed in Tashkent region
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The second stage of training “Preparation of team of consultants for regional Centers for assisting youth employment” was held at Oltin Olma Resort of Bustanlik district of Tashkent region on 5-10 December 2011.

Some 25 young consultants from all regions of Uzbekistan participated at the training. The event was organized by Fund Forum, Center for Youth Initiatives “Kelajak Ovozi”, Center for assisting youth employment at the support of the Public Fund on supporting NGOs and other civil institutes under Oliy Majlis of Uzbekstan.

The event is aimed at training consultants for creating regional consultative Centers on rendering complex assistance in employment of youth and implementation of the project “Young applicants’ school”.

During the training, the participants received knowledge and skills on work with employers, universities, young specialists and public.

The first stage of the training, which was held in Tashkent in September 2011, gave opportunity to work with trainers in the region. After the second stage, trainers will receive certificates, which will give them right to hold training and give consultations to youth in place.

All young specialists, who were employed at the assistance of the Center for assisting youth employment, can join Youth Professional Club, where they can exchange experience and opinion with their counterparts in all regions, regularly participate n various events to raise their skills.

Currently, Center for assisting youth employment has rich experience in employment as it has contacts with large and leading companies of Uzbekistan. The branches of the Center linked to one network and this helps to unify work of service on employment assistance across Uzbekistan.
