Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 5 January 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov had a telephone conversation with the President of the Turkic Investment Fund Baghdad Amreyev.

The parties reviewed the state and prospects of multifaceted interaction within the Fund, the implementation of agreements reached by the heads of the Fund’s founding countries, and discussed the practical launch of the activities of the Turkic Investment Fund.

Mr. Amreyev noted the active role of Uzbekistan in the process of creating the mechanism of investment cooperation between the member states of the Organization of Turkic States.
