Deposits of individuals make up 4.1 trln. soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of deposits of individual residents at commercial banks in soums and hard currency made up 4.099 trillion soums, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the growth rate was 25.1% or 822.8 billion soums compared to the beginning of 2012.

The savings of individuals in hard currency in soume equivalent reached 808.2 billion soums of 1 January 2013 (19.7% of total volume of deposits) or grew by 42.5%.
