Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As is known, according to the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 7 October 2022, the license for banking activities was revoked from the private joint-stock commercial bank Turkiston. This was reported by the press service of the Central Bank.

According to the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Citizens in Banks from 18 November 2022, early reimbursement of funds of Turkistonbank depositors begins.

From 21 November, individuals - depositors of Turkistonbank can apply to Qishloq Qurilish Bank, designated as an agent bank, regarding their deposit funds.

It should be noted that depositors can receive funds at will - in the form of cash, transfers to a bank card or open a deposit in the Qishloq Qurilish Bank agent bank.

Refunds on deposits of citizens can be issued to the legal representatives of depositors or their legal successors upon presentation of the originals of the relevant documents (passport, deposit book, deposit agreement, notarized power of attorney).
