According to the resolution, the department will preserve and use objects in the territory of historic part of Shakhrisabz city.

The Department will be headed by a Chief, who is appointed and dismissed by the decision of hokim Shakhrisabz district.

The Department will carry out its activities within the budget allocated for the execution of works on landscaping of the historical part of Shakhrisabz.
