Denis Istomin retires in second round of Estoril Open

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin has been forced to retire in the second round of the US$525,000 Estoril Open tennis event.

In the match against Portuguese João Sousa, Istomin won the first set with the score 6/3 and lost the second set with the same scoreline.

In the third, Istomin was forced to retire at the score 2/4.
