Denis Istomin qualifies to quarterfinal of San Jose ATP

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin reached quarterfinals of San Jose ATP with the prize fund of US$531,000.

In the first round, Denis Istomin defeated Sam Querrey in three sets – 5:7, 6:3, 7:5. In next round, Istomin outplayed Michael Russell in straight sets – 6:2, 6:2.

In the quarterfinals, Uzbekistan’s player will play against former world number one Andy Roddick.
