Denis Istomin advances to second round of Wimbledon

Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin advanced to the second round of Wimbledon.
In the first round, Denis Istomin defeated Kevin Anderon of South Africa in five sets with the score 6/4, 7/6(13), 4/6, 6/7(2) and 3/6.
The match lasted three hours and 39 minutes. Anderson broke his opponent twice, recorded 28 aces and five double faults.
In his turn, Denis Istomin registered three break-points, 12 aces and six double faults during the match.
In the second round, Istomin will play against Nicolás Almagro of Spain.
