The committee conducted study as a project on production of aluminum and PVC windows was submitted to include to localization programme.

The analyses showed that there are six enterprises, which produce and realize aluminum windows and doors – ALUTEX, Aluminium Systems, Pallada Investment, TEMIRCHI, Green Line Profil and Nordlink Aluminium Building Materials.

Total volume of production made up 7,000 tonnes in 2008, 13,100 tonnes in 2009 and 10,000 tonnes in nine months of 2010.

There are also five enterprises, producing and realizing PVC windows and doors - National Plast, ALFA PLASTIK, Art Dizayn Plast, Merlony Technology and Poytaxt Qurilish Savdo.

Total volume of production made up 3,800 tonnes in 2008, 9,700 tonnes in 2009 and 9,700 tonnes in nine months of 2010.

The enterprises export 15-30% of aluminum and PVC windows and doors. At the same time, import of these products makes up only 2-5%.

Based on these facts, the committee submitted conclusion that the market has developed competition environment and the market is saturated with locally produced goods.
