The visit was organized to familiarize with German experience in privatization, state property management, and practice on participation of public companies in work of economic entities. It was organized in line with invitation of Ministry of Finance of Germany.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation familiarized with the economic policy of Germany, separation of jurisdictions in state property management, experience of Germany in privatization, organization of corporate management,

The Uzbek delegation got familiarized with experience of Germany in public-private partnership, management of state-owned real estate. The delegation also familiarized with activities of German enterprises.

In Berlin, the law of Uzbekistan “On management of state property”, developed with German experts, was discussed. German experts and representatives of Indecon Соnsulting GmBH shared their proposals and recommendations on further improvement of the law.

During the meetings, the Uzbek delegation briefed the German ministries and departments with reforms in Uzbekistan, management of state property, privatization and denationalization.
