Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An agreement was reached during a meeting between the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, Dilshod Akhatov, and the Chief Minister of the Indian state of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel, Dunyo news agency reported.

The parties also discussed the prospects for interregional cooperation between Andijan region and the state of Gujarat.

In addition, the sides considered the possibilities of joint work in the field of information technology, renewable energy, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, tourism and other industries.

The delegation of Uzbekistan was invited to take part in the next global investment summit "Dynamic Gujarat", which will be held in 2024.
