The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of shares on 20 January 2015.

Within the emission, the bank will place 3.9 million ordinary shares with par value of 5,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue will make up 19.5 billion soums. The shares will be placed on closed subscription.

Private joint stock commercial bank Davr Bank conducts its activities in line with the license of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan No. 71 from 29 August 2014.
