The State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan said that head of Main department on statistics and information technologies Igbal Babaev provided detailed information on ICT infrastructure of the Azerbaijani customs body. He also noted that it is important to develop bilateral relations and regional cooperation in customs affairs.

The Azerbaijani official provided information on Single Window project and Single Automated Management System, and others. The sides also exchanged opinion and experience on methodology of customs statistics in foreign trade.

The Uzbek delegation also paid visit to Baku Customs Department to get acquainted with automated customs control and registration system.
