Uzbekistan 03/10/2007 CSTO and SCO understanding memoranda will be signed in Dushanbe
Understanding memoranda between the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) secretariats is scheduled to be signed on Friday, October 5, in Dushanbe during the general session of SCTO Collective Security Council on the level of heads of states, as reported the agency referring to the CSTO Secretariat press service.

As reported the press service, the document will fix for the first time common goals and cooperation directions of the two international organizations in Eurasia. CSTRY Secretary General, Nikolay Bordyuzha, and SCO Secretary General, Bolat Nurgaliyev, will sign the document.

Armenia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan are CSTO participating countries. Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan represent SCO.
