Croatia defeats England to advance to World Cup final

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Croatia advanced to their maiden FIFA World Cup final after a 2-1 win over England in the semifinals after extra time.

Kieran Trippier opened the score on 5 minutes, but Ivan Perisic netted an equalizer on 68 minutes.

In the extra time, Mario Mandzukic scored to book place of Croatia in the Final of the FIFA World Cup.

Croatia will face France in final on 15 July, while England will play against Belgium in bronze medal match on 14 July.
