FIFA held an inaugural edition of The Best FIFA Football Awards™ in Zurich on Monday, 9 January 2017.
During the event, Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal and Real Madrid was named as the Best FIFA Men’s Player 2016.
Carli Lloyd of the United States clinched the award for the Best FIFA Women’s Player 2016.
Leicester City’s manager Claudio Ranieri has crowned as The Best FIFA Men’s Coach. Germany’s Silvia Neid won the Best FIFA Women’s Coach 2016 award.
