Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Through the joint efforts of the National Central Bureaus of Interpol of Tashkent and Seoul, the issue of deportation of a criminal who is on the international wanted list has been resolved.

As a result of information exchange and joint operational-search actions, as well as previously reached agreements during meetings on the sidelines of events held by the International Criminal Police Organization Interpol between the National Central Bureaus of Tashkent and Seoul, with the direct assistance of the staff of the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan accredited in South Korea, the transfer of a criminal wanted at the international level for disseminating materials of extremist content took place. This was reported by the National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The wanted man, having created a new profile for himself, using a foreign phone number, through various social networks, distributed audio materials and promoted the ideas of religious extremist organizations banned in Uzbekistan.

Thus, with the assistance of the staff of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in South Korea and the coordination of the NCB of Interpol in Tashkent and Seoul, the criminal was expelled for transfer to law enforcement officers of Uzbekistan.
