Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In the course of operational activities carried out by law enforcement officers of Bukhara region, it was established that a resident of the city of Bukhara I.I., born in 1987, working as a driver of a motor transport company under the Health Department, being in collusion with citizen M .Sh., born in 1998, having deceived a woman they knew.

They assured her that she would be employed in a women’s boarding house, in exchange for this they demanded 1,800 US dollars in return. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Bukhara region.

The accomplices were detained by law enforcement officers on Abai Street in the city of Bukhara at the time of receiving chemically treated money.

On this fact in relation to I.I. and M.Sh. a criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
