Shareholders of the bank approved the maximum size of announced shares, which the bank ca issue. In line with the decision, the bank can issue 4,200 shares, of which 3,500 shares are ordinary and 700 preferential.

The shares will be placed on close subscription among the shareholders of the bank.

Shareholders of Credit-Standard Bank decided to raise par value of shares from 360,000 soums to 384,000 soums. The bank will direct 1.613 billion soums of undistributed income to pay difference between new and old stocks.
