Updated corporate website is directed at improving service quality for customers, providing them with full information about bank and its products, including new online services.
The bank said within its new strategy, the bank pays great attention to improving quality of its work. In particular, the update of website and introduction of interactive technologies was directed at improving feedback with the clients.
All website visitors can apply to banking payment cards, calculate interest rates on loans and monthly repayment sum and others.
Zohir Rasulov, head of marketing and advertisement department, said the visitors can participate in polls, which will help to determine preferences. “We created special section, where visitors can evaluate our service level. All these will be used to improve services and introduction of new technologies in the work of the bank,” he said.
The bank said it is planned to launch additional language versions, including in Uzbek and English languages.
Credit Standard open joint stock commercial bank was founded on 16 August 2003 with the charter capital of 1.3 billion soums. The headquarters of the bank was in Tashkent. The assets of the bank made up 259.1 billion soums. The equity capital was 35.4 billion soums.
Credit Standard Bank is medium-size bank of Uzbekistan. The Banker named the Credit Standard Bank as the best bank in Uzbekistan in 2006. Global Finance acknowledged the bank as the best in the country in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
