Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- FE LLC "COSCOM", providing mobile services under Ucell trade mark, under support of Public Fund for Support and Development of Independent print media and news agencies of Uzbekistan, as well as under support of Information agency "UzReport", announces the creative competition for journalists of regional print publishing houses and Internet-media of Uzbekistan on subject "The role of Ucell company in development of telecommunication technologies in Uzbekistan".

The competition is devoted to assessment of activity of Ucell company in Uzbekistan and coincided to 20th anniversary of Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The objective of the competition is encouragement journalists for publication of information about Ucell company’s activity in provision quality communication services for the population of Uzbekistan, values of the company’s brand, positive changes in society in particular region as results of provision cellular communication and mobile Internet and about other events, actions, processes connected with the activity of Ucell company in the republic.

“We want to read not only large-scaled publications, but also stories of common people, stories which are connected with presence of cellular communication. Perhaps, availability of cellular communication allows parents oftener communicating with their children who study or work far from home; allows a schoolchild doing homework talking on phone with classmate; or in case if he missed lessons because of illness; or maybe somebody was in a situation when phone helped in extreme case: helped to find a lost man, save somebody’s health or a life. Nowadays mobile communication is not a luxury but a tool for communication with people, receiving of more information. Ucell, as an operator of communications, is not indifferent to the development of society and it is always ready to help”, - Davron Azizov, the head of corporate communications, comments significance of the competition in social life.

Winners of the Competition will be awarded valuable prizes from the organizer – Media-tour abroad to event with participation of Ucell, ZTE V9 Tab, mobile phone ZTE Skate and Internet-modem MF 190V or MF 190S from Ucell.

The participants of the Competition can become journalists of regional print media or Internet-media. For participation in the Competition a journalist should fill application form (http://www.uzreport.com/konkurs/main.cgi?lan=r) and send a publication. The deadline of sending publications is December 30, 2012.
