Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the international exhibition Wire China 2024, which is being held in China, representatives of Uzbekistan are negotiating with several foreign companies to establish new partnerships.

During a video conference meeting on September 5, 2024, chaired by the President of Uzbekistan, focused on the development of the electrical engineering industry, the head of state emphasized the importance of increasing the number of enterprises producing cable and conductor products for the automotive industry.

To achieve these objectives, representatives of the "UzElTechSanoat" association are actively discussing cooperation opportunities with foreign partners at the exhibition. Specifically, the association’s chairman, Mirziyod Yunusov, held talks with Mattia Bacchini, the Director of Global Cooperation for the Italian company Samp Group.

The key topic of discussion was the development of technological collaboration in cable and conductor production for the automotive industry in Uzbekistan. Both sides agreed to explore partnership opportunities in this strategic area and exchanged views.
