Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 5 May, Tashkent hosted the 9th meeting of the Uzbek-French Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation. It was attended by heads of relevant ministries and departments, industry associations, representatives of business circles of the two countries.

Deputy Minister of Transport Jasurbek Choriev, who was present at the meeting, noted the development of Uzbek-French relations in the field of logistics, transport and transport infrastructure.

During the event, Jasurbek Choriyev held talks with the leaders of the largest companies in the French transport sector, such as Iveco Bus, Airbus, Alstom, ATR, TAV Airpots Holding.

During the talks, the current state of the implementation of joint investment projects in the field of aviation, airport services, and the development of urban public transport was discussed.

The parties outlined further tasks within the framework of areas of cooperation, highly appreciating the positive dynamics of cooperation in these areas.
