In 2024-2025, a total of 529 projects are planned in the regions with an investment of US$4.5 billion, which will create 25,646 new jobs. In particular, 309 projects worth US$1.1 billion are expected to commence in 2024.

In the first nine months of the current year, enterprises in the sector exported construction materials and services worth US$610.4 million.

To boost export volumes, local producers participated in exhibitions and trade forums held in nine countries. Additionally, a "Trade House of Uzbekistan" has been established in Baku, Azerbaijan.
As part of the localization program, products worth 1.9 trillion soums were produced from January to September 2024, including high-quality cement worth 1 trillion soums, drywall worth 270 billion soums, construction glass worth 261.5 billion soums, and ceramic products and porcelain stoneware worth 219.1 billion soums under the localization program.
