The Board of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communication held a meeting and attracted the attention of telecommunication operators to improving quality of provided services.

It was underlined that it is necessary to carry out regular control over quality of provided fixed and mobile Internet and telephony services.

State inspection on supervision in the field of communication, information and telecommunication technologies was ordered to develop new modern methods of quality control.

Communication operators were also called to improve quality of services, provided by Call-centers.
