Draft agreement was developed to implement plan of the main events on realization of Concept for further development of the CIS and interstate programme on joint measures to fight crime in 2008-2010.

The agreement set goals, targets and directions of cooperation, principles of forming normative-legal base, exchange information and implementation of requests, as well as issues of confiscating incomes, received from corruption.

It is planned that the member states will help each other on corruption issues and hold joint events, cooperate in inquiries and return of assets of corrupted people, exchange information, legal documents, etc.
