According to the prospectus of emission, Chirchiqqishloqmash will issue 8,458,616 ordinary shares with nominal value of 200 soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 1,691,723,200 soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on open subscription. At the same time, the shareholders have preferential right to acquire stocks.

Chirchiqqishloqmash is producer of agriculture machinery and spare parts to tractors and agriculture machinery.
