Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairman of the Uzcharmsanoat association Fakhriddin Boboev met with the head of the Asian and European department of the international import-export company of China “Shenxiang Heshan” Tan Ping. The topic of the conversation was the expansion of bilateral cooperation, attracting investment from companies in the leather and footwear industry of our country.

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the Association spoke in detail to foreign partners about the reforms in the leather, footwear and fur industries of our country in recent years, production, investment and export indicators. Information was also provided on the conditions, opportunities and preferences provided by the state to investors.

The Chinese side noted that the business environment created today in Uzbekistan and government support attract large investors to the country. The company also intends to finance joint projects in the leather and footwear sector.

The Chinese company, together with the Uzcharmsanoat association, intends to participate in industry modernization programs: to finance the equipping of industry enterprises with modern equipment and technologies. She also plans to provide practical assistance in the production of high-quality products with high added value, which will have a positive impact on the further increase in the export potential of our republic.

As a result of the dialogue, the parties agreed on the implementation of major investment projects and programs being implemented in our country.
