Within the emission, the bank placed 84 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums. Shares were placed on open subscription. The shares were placed at the price of 102 soums per share, bank added.

In the result, formed charter capital of Ipak Yoli Bank made up over 44 billion soums. The charter capital consists of 439.994 million ordinary shares for 43.994 billion soums and 60,000 preferential shares for 6 million soums.

Shareholders of the bank also approved the size of announced charter capital, which made up 50.9 billion soums. The bank can place 69 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 100 soums.

At the same time, the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription to the Asian Development Bank. The ADB will buy shares at the price of 102 soums per stock, the Uzbek bank said.
