Alisher Shayhov, chairperson of the CCI, said that the seven years are small period, but if to review achievements of the chamber, one can see huge work, which laid ground for formation of local proprietors.
He said that CCI Uzbekistan, based on foreign experience, tried to unite not only local small and private businesses, but also large companies, banking and insurance institutes, leasing companies and other businesses entities and represent interests of almost all layers of businesses.
Shayhov stated that CCI Uzbekistan became one of active participants of social-economic reforms in Uzbekistan and it conducts regular work to strengthen organizational-economic, infrastructure, intellectual and personnel potential of the chamber.
Head of CCI underlined that currently, the organization unites over 21,000 businesses entities.
