Chairperson of the Senate of Uzbekistan visits the Anıtkabir Memorial Complex

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tanzila Narbaeva, visited the Anıtkabir Memorial Complex, where the first President of the Turkish Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, is buried.

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic, is a key historical figure who fought for the national independence of his homeland.

The Anıtkabir Memorial Complex was constructed to honor the contributions of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to the state and its people. The complex, which covers an area of 750 square meters, includes a mausoleum, museum, park, and other structures.

Tanzila Narbaeva laid flowers at the grave of the great Turkish statesman Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, paying tribute to his bright memory. In the Guest Book, she wrote the following:

“It is a great honor and pride for us to honor the memory of the founder and first President of the Turkish Republic, the first Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

The immense reforms initiated by this great statesman played an invaluable role in the prosperity that the brotherly Turkish people enjoy today.

We always recall with gratitude and value the hospitality that Mustafa Kemal Atatürk extended to delegations from our country, particularly from Bukhara.

We deeply honor the memory of the glorious son of the Turkish nation, the founder of the Turkish Republic, and the great commander, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.”
