Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the working visit of the delegation led by the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva in the Republic of Korea, a dialogue took place with a group of compatriots from among teachers, students, entrepreneurs, specialists in various fields, including IT companies.

During the meeting, issues of developing social and labor relations, creating decent conditions for our compatriots studying and working abroad, and ensuring reliable legal protection of their legitimate interests were discussed.

Along with this, the Chairman of the Senate inquired about the research being carried out by our compatriots in the field of scientific research, which can be subsequently applied in various areas of Uzbekistan. The main focus is on education, medicine and innovation.

During the conversation, which took place in a sincere atmosphere, the participants raised a number of issues relating to personnel training, education, youth and other areas in our country, and also made practical proposals.

In particular, among them are such proposals as a more detailed study of Korea’s experience in the field of education of children and youth, the personnel training system, as well as the establishment of women’s universities, improving the system of selecting employees of government institutions of our country for studying in higher educational institutions of foreign countries, in particular in the Republic of Korea, as well as regular updating and expansion of the lexical base of the Uzbek language using the example of Korean experience.

Following the meeting, the Chairman of the Senate emphasized that she would use all necessary opportunities to implement the proposals made.

In turn, citizens of our country studying and working in the Republic of Korea expressed their readiness to use their knowledge and experience in the future for the development of our country.
