Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva, on the sidelines of the 148th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, held bilateral meetings with the Chairperson of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Koshanov, Chairperson of the National Assembly of Armenia Alen Simonyan, as well as First Deputy Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev.

According to the Senate press service, an exchange of views took place with the leaders of the parliament of each country on certain aspects of bilateral relations. Plans for the future were discussed.
