The license was withdrawn in line with the article 53 of the law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and article 14 of the Law “On banks and banking activity” due to violation of the banking legislation.

Open joint stock commercial bank “Uktambank” was opened in 1998. The headquarters of the bank is in Tashkent. The charter capital made up 19.919 billion soums.

As of 1 January 2011, the bank’s assets made up 44.918 billion soums. Own capital exceeded 22.816 billion soums. Net income of the bank in 2010 was 518.4 million soums.
